About Us
Our Story
Kidii exists to empower people to reconnect with the spark within them — a part of themselves they may have forgotten, buried, or learned to protect over time.
For many, the journey inward is not simple. Searching for that spark can bring forth memories, experiences, or emotions that once felt overwhelming. At Kidii, we believe that not everything needs to be forced open or revisited before one is ready.
Sometimes, creating safety itself is the work. Kidii offers a calm, non-judgmental space where individuals and leaders can pause, offload, and gently uncover layers at their own pace. Through thoughtfully curated workshops, one-on-one coaching, and therapeutic sessions, we partner with people to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Founded by someone who has walked this path personally, Kidii is grounded in empathy, respect and lived understanding. This approach sees the whole person in you. Here, people feel seen and safe. At Kidii, individuals are not here to be fixed.
We walk beside people as they rediscover themselves and, in the process, begin to fall in love with who they are becoming. It is something that facilitates you to move forward, not just reflect. This approach sees the whole person in you.

About Pallavi
Like many individuals, Pallavi has walked a long and varied path. She served in the Indian Army for over nine years, where she picked up on the intricate dynamics of close-knit teams.
She has spent over eighteen years in HR and people-centric roles, which has aided her learning of the nuances of a variety of individuals and leadership styles. Her own experiences of moving through personal and professional hurdles enabled her to relate with people across backgrounds.
Working closely with individuals and teams, she saw how often emotional struggles showed up as workplace challenges, such as miscommunication, disengagement, or conflict.
It became clear that capability alone wasn’t the issue; what often went unaddressed was emotional awareness. That realisation gradually drew her toward deeper work in emotional resilience.
In her work with individuals, Pallavi often observes a gap between what people feel and what they’re able to express.
Many carry confusion or hesitation around their emotions, which can create distance even when there is care. She often sees a longing to be understood alongside a tendency to move past discomfort too quickly. For her, much of this work begins with creating space to understand what is truly being felt, without judgment or urgency to fix it.

Why Emotional Resilience Matters - (Her Perspective)
When emotions and emotional quotient are low, people’s personal and professional lives get impacted. In order to live a happy, effective and balanced life, it is important to connect with yourself and understand why you behave in certain ways. Emotional resilience can be built only once the root causes of behaviours and emotions are sought.
Here, people come first. At Kidii, Pallavi will pay attention to you and empathise with you before moving towards solutions. She wants to understand you as a whole person and hear you out.
