Meditative Body Pose

Psychosomatic Therapy

The mind and body are not separate. When feelings have nowhere to go — when stress, grief, or fear go unspoken for long enough — the body often becomes the one to speak. Tension, pain, fatigue, a churning stomach: sometimes these are the body's way of carrying what words haven't yet been able to.

If you've been told your tests are "all normal" but you still don't feel right, you're not imagining it, and you're not making it up. Real distress can live in the body, and it deserves real care.

This is a space where your symptoms are taken seriously — and where we listen to what your body might be trying to say.

Does this sound like you?

What it can feel like

A stomach that clenches before you consciously feel worried. Headaches or back pain that track your stress more than anything physical. A jaw you unclench a dozen times a day. Bone-deep tiredness that rest doesn't fix. A racing heart or shallow breath that arrives without a reason you can name. And the particular loneliness of a body that hurts in ways no scan can quite explain.

Priya's Stomach

Priya had chronic stomach trouble for years, with test after test coming back clear. When she began looking at the anxiety she'd been carrying silently, her gut — quite literally — started to settle.

Person Meditating

This is more common than it feels

Your body isn't betraying you — it's communicating. What it holds can be heard, understood, and eased, and you deserve to be taken seriously while that happens. You don't have to choose between "it's physical" and "it's in your head"; it can simply be you, asking for care.

When you're ready, let's listen to it together.
