Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and low mood can be quiet, exhausting companions. On the outside, life may look fine — you're showing up, holding it together.
On the inside, there's a constant hum of dread, or a heavy grey where colour used to be.

You might be overthinking every small thing, or feeling nothing much at all. Both are ways a tired mind tries to cope. Neither means you're weak, and neither is something you simply have to push through alone.

This is a space to set the mask down — to understand what your mind is trying to protect you from, and to slowly find your way back to yourself.
Does this sound like you?
What it can feel like
A chest that's tight for no clear reason. A mind that won't stop at 2 a.m. Tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. Joy that's gone flat — the things you loved feel like effort. A short fuse with the people closest to you, followed by guilt. Days where getting through the basics feels like a full-time job. And underneath it, the lonely work of looking okay when you're not.

This is more common than it feels
Feeling this way is far more common than the quiet around it suggests, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong with who you are. It's a signal, not a sentence — and it can ease. You don't have to carry it in silence or wait until it's "bad enough." Whenever you're ready, let's talk, softly and without pressure.
